Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankFlow ("the Service"), an SEO automation platform available at rankflow.airanker.net. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RankFlow provides SEO analysis and automation tools, including site audits, on-page optimization, Google Search Console and Analytics integrations, AI-assisted content tools, and related features. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Trials and Billing

New accounts receive a free trial with full feature access at limited scale. When the trial ends without a purchase, your account is not deleted: your existing data remains viewable, but actions that consume resources (crawls, fresh data pulls, AI generation, exports) are paused until you subscribe.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment partner, who acts as merchant of record. Lifetime plans purchased through partner marketplaces (such as AppSumo) are governed additionally by that marketplace's terms.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service on websites you do not own or lack authorization to manage; (b) attempt to probe, disrupt or overload the Service; (c) resell or white-label the Service except where your plan explicitly permits it; (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law, including search engine terms of service; (e) reverse engineer or scrape the Service.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain all rights to your websites, content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g., crawling your site, reading connected Google data, publishing changes you approve to your CMS). We only make changes to your website that you or your configured automations authorize.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, AI model providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for actions they take (for example, changes to search rankings).

8. No Guarantee of Results

SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify features over time; if we materially reduce functionality of your paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where our payment partner acts as merchant of record, the purchase itself may additionally be governed by that partner's terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
